  1. Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

       2. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via Mauritius Post for local  delivery.

  • Pickup is available at Port Louis or Rose Hill

       3. Delivery Times

       Local deliveries: 1–2 business days after shipment.

      4. Delayed or Missing Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.

  • We will:

    1. Contact the post office or courier for tracking updates.

    2. Attempt to reship the product if the package is confirmed lost.

    3. Issue a full refund if we cannot deliver your order.

  • Incorrect Address

    • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
