Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, broken, or shows signs of wear.

Items with missing parts or alterations.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method (MCB Juice or cash).

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping or pickup costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect all jewelry before delivery or pickup.

If you believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos as proof.
Note: Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund — only reported for assessment.
