Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days  of delivery or pickup.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Jewelry that is damaged, scratched, broken, or shows signs of wear.

  • Items with missing parts or alterations.

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.


3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method (MCB Juice or cash).

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping or pickup costs are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • We inspect all jewelry before delivery or pickup.

  • If you believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos as proof.
    Note: Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund — only reported for assessment.


5. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, return the item to our pickup location in Port Louis or Rose Hill.
